As a Workplace Specialist, our goal is to ensure that you can use your workstations and other IT equipment as safely and comfortably as possible, 24 hours a day. Comprehensive consulting and solution-oriented work is therefore a top priority for us. Our team is therefore always at your disposal even after a project has been implemented.
The Combined SECUREworkplace software solution we have developed consists of two interconnected components: the Software Center and Endpoint Security. The software provides convenient management of Windows-based workstations while offering maximum security.
After all, the well-known operating system is no longer just a simple local software that allows you to work with your computer. In recent years it has turned into a versatile system with numerous new functions. Constant development and, not least, the integration of cloud services offer completely new opportunities.

As a provider of Workplace as a Service solutions, we know the problems your company faces. Managing a complex and constantly evolving operating system is a challenge not to be underestimated. Issues such as data protection and privacy also require increasing expertise.
Many companies, especially in the SME sector, are reaching their limits in the face of these challenges. They lack the human and financial resources to efficiently and securely manage such a complex system. In addition, in most cases, companies configure only part of the options offered by the operating system and use the default settings.
Even in sensitive areas, such as cybersecurity, many companies use integrated operating system solutions, such as Windows Defender, and forgo individual measures. But it is the latter that often make the small but valuable difference in the event of threats or attacks, for example, between preserving data and permanently losing it.
With this situation in mind, we developed our software solution Combined SECUREworkplace. It combines both proprietary and freely available software, as well as some components we programmed ourselves. During development, we paid close attention to a balanced number of functions, and it was also important for us to have a high level of reliability, which at the same time had to be in an appropriate ratio to the price of the solution.
With this approach, our Managed Desktop Services offer the perfect solution for managing and protecting Microsoft Windows-based workstations. Combined SECUREworkplace's modular architecture also allows individual choice of functions, reducing costs. Additional functions can also be easily added as needed.
Managed Endpoint Security as a Basis
The basis of Combined SECUREworkplace is the security system commonly called Managed Endpoint Protection or Managed Endpoint Security. Our solution not only provides maximum protection, but also meets the highest standards of data protection. It also works quickly without overloading the operating system and has additional patch management features.
Our Modern Workplace also impresses with a number of luxurious features that enhance Combined SECUREworkplace. Most of these are managed by Software Center, a component of the powerful Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM / ConfigMgr) management software, now called Microsoft Configuration Manager. Like Windows, this management software is constantly being updated, and together they form the winning pair across the board.
Comprehensive software catalog makes life easier for users
With the Combined SECUREworkplace solution, our customers benefit from a Software Center with a comprehensive, user-defined software catalog. Installation or uninstallation of software is done automatically by us or can be done by users themselves with the appropriate option.
In addition to application deployment, Combined SECUREworkplace manages all aspects of the Windows operating system life cycle:
- Checking the batteries of mobile devices
- Local hard drive cleaning
- Maintenance and inventory of hardware and software
- Automatic updates to new versions of Windows
- Hardware driver management
The entire management of the workstation is automated, and user intervention is not necessary, apart from occasional restarts of the computer.
Customers with high security requirements also benefit from the advanced features of Managed Endpoint Security software: security controls, such as application control, allow only those applications defined in a so-called white list to run. Combined with other security features, such as web and device control, Combined SECUREworkplace thus becomes a digital fortress.
The icing on the cake is the fact that Combined SECUREworkplace is available in four languages (German, Italian, English and Russian).
