Monthly prices in CHF excl. VAT.
The monthly flat rate covers the response time and availability of the service desk. Support services beyond the flat rate will be charged additionally at the hourly rate.
Surcharges: Saturday 50 %, Sunday/Public Holidays 100 %.
Contract terms: minimum 1 year, termination period 3 months
Initial implementation costs: included in the price if the contract term is at least 3 years. For shorter terms, the setup costs will be charged after the contract ends.

All support services for Network services: CHF 195.00/hour
All support services for Security services: CHF 220.00/hour
All support services for Managed Services customers: CHF 175.00/hour

Payment terms: 10 days net. All prices excl. VAT.
